Ace Hardware

This store employs a lot of helpful people. Easy to do business with them. I like their selection of different items you might not need but would sure look nice in your home. ( throw rugs, very pretty different yard signs).

This Ace Hardware Location, is the best most helpful, most reliable, and trusted supply store, I've ever been to. I live down the road from here so I frequent this store a lot. Every time I step foot in this store, I am greeted with a friendly greeting. Most of time I already have an idea of what I am getting but not always. Either way, I am always asked by several employees, "If I need help finding anything." This weekend, I needed to paint my bathroom, just some touch up paint. I visited this location, and I believe Steve or Steven assisted me. He matched up the paint perfectly and he helped me make some decisions on sandpaper and painting textures. He knew exactly what he was doing, he was very helpful. Touched up my bathroom and it looks great! I am very proud this day and age when you can walk into an establishment and be met with extraordinary service. Very grateful for whatever the success of this store is. I am not sure if it's good management, good environment, great employees, or if it's combination? Whatever your secret sauce is, Keep up the great work!!

I go here about once a week, sometimes 3 times in a day because all good projects done perfectly require an idiot homeowner to go the hardware store 2 extra times to get what he forget the first time. This has been the go to spot for me for the last 12 years, and I'm kinda embarrassed that I've never written a review. So, here's my review - Larry and his crew are practically perfect in every way. There's always someone to help you, and I'm the world's worst homeowner, so I need help. Keep up the good work!

I have long been going to Larry's Ace Hardware on Robert Rd, but my recent experience took it to the top of the customer service food chain. At Robert Rd Ace Hardware, someone always greets me and they seem to have a sophisticated communication system with wireless headphones to alert all team members in the store when a customer walks in. So this last time, I walked in with a coupon for some Miracle Grow vegetable/herb soil mix. I immediately approached a young associate named Jonathan and asked where the product would be located. He not only showed me where, but helped me search through the many bags to make sure it was the one on the coupon. He then offered to carry the bag to check out for me and waited until that transaction finished to carry it out to my car. To me, this is old school courtesy that you just don't see anymore in big box retail stores. When I mentioned that I would post a review, the cashier said she would tell his Momma too that he had good manners. Lol! A really nice staff and great products and prices. You can't beat it!

This place is amazing they stand by the door waiting to help. They are very knowledgeable especially if you need specialty screws or bolts. I went in needing a Schroeder valve to put pressure in my well & they found it & got a adapter to make it fit my application and the prices were reasonable too.
